AIA Columbus is a full-service provider of all AIA Contract Documents. To place an order, call AIA Columbus at 614-469-1973. Documents ship UPS Ground on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. View and download Retail Price List (subject to change). 

Documents can also be picked up in person at 50 West Town Street, Suite 110 from 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. (An advance phone call is recommended). 

Electronic Documents

SMPS Marketing Awards: March 10, 2010

The Society for Marketing Professional Services Columbus Chapter is hosting its marketing awards presentation gala to honor excellence in marketing communications in the architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the Center for Architecture on 380 East Broad Street from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Admission is Free.

Firms entered in six different categories including proposals/qualifications statements, self promotion/direct mail, advertising, Web site or online presence, brochures, and/or brand identity.  

Five jurors have been selected for their expertise in marketing and communications in the A/E/C industry and include: Bernard Costantino, University Architect, from The Ohio State University; Craig Weise, State Architect with the State Architect’s Office; Scott Varner, ODOT Director of Communications; Denny Griffith the President of Columbus College of Art and Design; and Brenda Stier, the Founder and President of Marketing Works.

SMPS Columbus is one of 57 Chapters of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS)--a national association that brings together business development and marketing professionals from the architectural, engineering, planning, interior design, and construction industries. BX Ohio Construction Conference: February 23rd at COSI

Design professionals are invited and encouraged to attend the Ohio Construction Conference on Tuesday, February 23 at COSI Columbus.This daylong annual conference, sponsored by The Builder's Exchange, is an opportunity for design and construction professionals to come together for an energizing dialogue on issues impacting the profession.

The conference includes many unique programs on BIM, Integrated Project Delivery and Sustainable Design. "What's Going On Out There?" examines initiatives happening at the national level including AIA's 2030 Commitment. The team behind the Dell Children's Medical Center, the first LEED Platinum certified hospital, will discuss the operational, environmental and organizational ROI that have resulted since the hospital opened in 2007. An afternoon program will examine what changes to risk management we can expect as we come out of the recession of 2009? And finally, back by popular demand, the Owner's Roundtables - an opportunity to meet with owners in small groups to discuss challenges we face as an industry.
 
Spend a day with your colleagues, clients - and potential clients - on these and many other programs. This is also a great opportunity to complete up to 8 AIA learning units - including the 4 required sustainable design (SD) units.
