Joshua Lloyd, Associate AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Joshua Lloyd is the Lead Technical Account Manager at CLEAResult for AEP Ohio’s Commercial New Construction Energy Efficiency Incentive program. Joshua has more than 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has worked in architectural firms with projects ranging in size from single family home additions to major manufacturing facilities. Joshua has been a LEED AP since 2004 and an advocate for sustainability and energy efficiency throughout his career. Organizing the AIA Ohio Affordable Green Home Design competition in 2009, and being an active member of the AIA Committee On The Environment (COTE) and Central Ohio USGBC chapter.

Samantha Schneider, CEM, LEED AP

Samantha Schneider is currently the Outreach Manager at DNV GL for the Columbia Gas of Ohio Innovative Energy Solutions program, which offers energy efficiency rebates to existing commercial and industrial customers. Her focus is in two main areas: Promoting the program and encouraging participation as well as helping Columbia Gas customers, contractors, engineering firms, and energy auditors through the application process. She also works to update program materials, coordinate outreach events, and continuously improve the all-around program offering. Samantha currently serves as the OCCAEE Membership Vice President, is a member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the International Facilities Management Association, and is a member of the USGBC. Prior to working for DNV GL, Samantha sold performance contracting for the Limbach Company, a mechanical contracting firm, for five years. Along with being a LEED AP and CEM, she is a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a recent graduate of the Capital University MBA program with a specialization in Finance.

Jon-Paul d’Aversa
Jon-Paul d’Aversa, Program Manager at MaGrann Associates, leads the Small Commercial Construction Incentive Program for Columbia Gas of Ohio, which promotes the increased knowledge and installation of higher efficiency measures for new commercial construction under 20,000 square feet. The program moves towards market transformation with financial approaches and a strong emphasis on an educational component for this often underserved market. Prior to his current position, Jon-Paul was employed by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, where he served as the project manager on the 2015 New York State Energy Plan and the economic and environmental analyses underpinning the Clean Energy Fund, the Reforming the Energy Vision Proceedings, the Green Bank, and New York’s goals of 50% renewable energy generation and an increase of 600 trillion BTUs in energy efficiency by 2030. Jon-Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University at Albany, and is currently finishing his Masters in City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University.
